Orders are typically delivered within 7β15 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping times may vary based on the destination and local logistics conditions.
Q3. How much does shipping cost?
Orders from our store do not include free shipping by default. Customers are only required to pay a flat base shipping fee of USD 15.90, and we will deliver the product directly to your doorstep.
The actual cost of international shipping is often significantly higher than USD 15.90. Any additional shipping costs beyond this amount will be fully covered by Cofflol, and no extra fees will be charged to you.

Q4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent for processing. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made.

Please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
Once the order has been shipped, Cofflol is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

Once Cofflol officially receives the returned item and the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5β10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment providerβs processing time.
Q10. Do Cofflol products come with a warranty?
Yes.
- All official Cofflol products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, which applies to quality issues caused by non-human factors under normal use.
- If a product malfunction is caused by human factors, you may contact Cofflol at any time to request paid after-sales repair service.
