CoffLol Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

Your CoffLol purchase is protected by a 12-month limited warranty.

  • Commencement: The warranty period begins on the date of receipt, as verified solely by official logistics delivery records.

  • Coverage: Under conditions of normal usage and proper maintenance, we provide warranty service for performance failures or quality defects arising from non-human and non-external force causes.

2. Repairs & Replacement Services

Within the one-year warranty period, CoffLol provides the following limited services for issues confirmed as genuine manufacturing defects by our official inspection:

  • Free Repair: We will repair or replace defective components (excluding consumable accessories like filters, seals, or wear-and-tear parts) at no cost to you.

  • Replacement Service: For severe, irreparable quality defects, we reserve the right to replace the unit with a new product of the same model and specifications (subject to inventory availability).

  • Important Note: If a unit is replaced, the warranty period for the replacement unit continues from the remaining term of the original product and will not be reset.


3. Exclusions from Warranty

To maintain the integrity of our service, CoffLol reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if any of the following apply. In these cases, the customer shall bear all repair, replacement, and shipping costs:

  • Human Error & Misuse: Damage caused by accidental drops, impacts, liquid ingress (water damage to electronics), or operating the device outside specified parameters.

  • Unauthorized Interference: Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or attempted repairs by non-authorized parties.

  • Neglect: Failure to clean or maintain the device as instructed in the manual.

  • Force Majeure: Damage due to natural disasters including fire, earthquake, lightning strikes, or other acts of God.

  • Expired or Invalid Claims: Failures occurring after the 12-month expiration, or units purchased through unauthorized channels/second-hand resellers.


4. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

Need assistance? Just follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Reach Out (Email: support@cofflol.com) Send us an email with the following details:

  1. Problem Description: A clear explanation of the issue (e.g., “Inconsistent pressure during extraction”).

  2. Visual Evidence: A short video showing the problem in action.

  3. Serial Number: Your product’s unique SN code (found on the bottom label or in device settings).

  4. Proof of Purchase: Your order confirmation or invoice to verify the delivery date.

Step 2: Diagnosis & Resolution Our support team will review your submission within 1–2 business days:

  • For covered issues: We will guide you through the repair/replacement process. If we require the unit to be shipped back for diagnosis, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For out-of-warranty cases: We will provide a transparent, upfront repair quote (parts + labor) for your approval before proceeding.
